Happy Halloween to all the monsters, creatures, ghosts, ghouls and creepy things out there. It's going to be a beautiful Halloween night here, I hope you're having as good a weather for trick or treating as we are. Remember to try and stay away from the candy bowl. The calories still count even if it is a holiday. We don't want to wreck all the good we've done with our weight loss surgery!

It was beautiful in Michigan last night. But each year we have fewer kids. Sa. Hey Pam I think my brother maybe getting VSG. I have been reading a lot about it and told him about you. Any tips? How long does it take to recover? Go back to work etc?
